Meet the Artist
Hello, I’m Ritika, a nature-inspired artist creating from my home studio in British Columbia. After many years in the tech industry, art remained my quiet companion, one that deepened when I moved to BC and during my journey into motherhood.
Working primarily with gouache, I paint with intention and intuition, inspired by changing seasons, open skies, lush trails, and everyday moments of stillness. Rather than recreating what I see, I aim to capture how nature feels, soft, grounding, and gently restorative.
Through my paintings, I hope to offer moments of calm and reflection, a reminder to slow down, breathe, and find quiet joy in a busy world.
