Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Processing times for original artwork and custom commissions may vary and will be communicated after purchase.
Standard delivery typically takes approximately 15–20 business days from the date of dispatch. Estimated shipping timelines will be displayed at checkout once the delivery country or region is entered. For certain regions, delivery may take up to 4–6 weeks depending on the destination, local postal services, and customs processing times. In some cases, shipments may experience additional delays due to location-specific factors or customs clearance.
If extended delays occur, we will keep customers informed with updated delivery estimates whenever possible.

Shipping Locations
We ship to Canada, the United States, and international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Methods, Tracking & Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination country or region. We offer flat-rate shipping determined by the delivery location. All orders are shipped with tracking once they have been dispatched. Customers who require an Express shipping option are welcome to contact us prior to placing their order. We will do our best to accommodate expedited shipping requests where possible.

Packaging
All items are professionally packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Original artworks are packed using protective materials suitable for fine art shipping

Returns & Refund Policy
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items and must meet the following conditions:

Reported within 7 days of delivery

Photo evidence of the damaged item and/or packaging provided

A detailed description of the issue submitted via email

Item returned in the condition it was received

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

The Artist Affair reserves the right to approve or decline any return or exchange request.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and verified. Refunds may take an additional 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Requests outside the 7-day window or without photo proof cannot be accepted

Missing packages marked as delivered by the courier are not eligible for refund or replacement
